Course Overview

The course is designed to aid understanding and importance of supervision. It enables learners to recognise the different types of supervision and helps to prepare for future areas of development in people that the supervisor supports and helps to enhance supervisory practice within teams.  This training session can be accessed via a link and is accessible from a range of devices including IOS and Android platforms.

This course offers a blended learning approach including a short scenario, a workbook, infographics and a classroom style training session.

Aims & Objectives

• Be able to define supervision, know who should become a Supervisor and engage in good practice.
• Reflect on and discuss their productivity and progress.
• Gain awareness of policy, procedures and legislation relating to supervision and the importance of recording and record keeping.

Course Audience

This is a cross sector course and will benefit all professional’s, frontline workers and leaders.
