These courses are all Online Training sessions and provide learners with an awareness and understanding of the subject and provide practicals skills and advice to enable learners to undertake and understand the subject at a basic entry level. These are designed for people who are new to this sector and who are gaining an insight and introduction to the course subject.
These sessions are all half day, Virtual Classroom and are both current and innovative in how they use different delivery methods to build on the skills and knowledge provided in the Foundation Level course and will introduce learners to the assessment of knowledge and skills to start to developing professional competency in the subject.
These courses are full day, creative and engaging Virtual Classroom. This level provides Learners with a full understanding of middle management level subjects and processes and shows them how to apply this knowledge within both their organisation and sector. These courses are for people who are at Team Leader, Supervisor Dept Manager or Manager level and who are competent and experienced in the subject.
These 2-day specialist, revolutionary Virtual Classrooms are designed to Train, Connect and Empower learners. This level provides learners with a full understanding of leadership and senior management in relation to the course subject and they will be supported to action plan and apply learning to their workplace and across the organisation and sector. These courses are for people at Manager, Senior Manager and Director level and for those in a position where they are developing others.
