Course Overview

This course highlights the importance of disability inclusion and gives learners tips on how to achieve this in the workplace whilst following legislation and implementing theory.  The activities encourage reflection that can be implemented into practice. The course encourages the learners to reflect on practice and how things could be positively impacted, including the treatment of individuals within their care provision. Learners are challenged to think through issues for themselves which can aid in personal development and professionally. Then, the quiz is completed at the end of the course to consolidate learning.
